Where is Yar'Adua? Nigerians ask
More than a day after President Umaru Musa Yar’Adua returned to Nigeria, uncertainty persists over his state of health. Nobody has had access to him, not even acting President Goodluck Jonathan, according to local media reports

There is increasing pressure for the ailing President who has been away from the country for 93 days, to appear in public or address the country through a nationwide broadcast on television to assure Nigerians that he is indeed back into the country.
There was speculation in the capital, Abuja, on Thursday morning that the President may still be on a life support machine inside the ambulance which took him from Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport to the Aso Rock presidential villa.
The weekly Federal Executive (FEC) meeting was cancelled Wednesday, purportedly at the instance of Jonathan, apparently because of the non-appearance of President Yar'Adua to chair the meeting.
Another meeting was then fixed for 2pm Wednesday with Jonathan. But that, too, was cancelled.
Yar'Adua has directed Jonathan to continue to run affairs of the state, presidential spokesperson Olusegun Adeniyi said Wednesday.
