ReutersPirates hijacked a Panama cargo ship and crew on Wednesday with rocket-propelled grenades in the Gulf of Aden, European Union Navfor anti-piracy mission said. The 24 members of crew hail from Bangladesh, Ghana, Egypt and Pakistan.
The owner of the MV QSM Dubai reported the hijacking in the early hours of Wednesday, saying that the pirates had boarded the ship and taken control.
