Capacity building: twenty years of development

If you don't often hear about capacity building, it could be that it's not a very "sellable" concept. Yet those who work in this field are active in almost every country in Africa. Capacity building is actually helping many people, be they in government, business or NGOs, learn how to use their talents and knowledge better. Imogen Lamb finds out what the African Capacity Building Foundation has been doing for the past 20 years, and hears how capacity building can provide key training for members of civil society and government in post-conflict countries.
