Libyan rebels put pricetag on Kadhafi's head

Libyan rebels announced Wednesday that it was offering two million dinars, or 1.2 million euros, in exchange for strongman Moamer Kadhafi, dead or alive.

The head of the Transitional National Council in Libya, Mustafa Abdel Jalil said in Tripoli that it would offer amnesty to "members of Kadhafi's close circle who kill him or capture him."
