In South Korea, YJ Choi is best known as a former junior foreign minister. But in West Africa, he has a different profile as the head of the UN mission in Côte d'Ivoire. He's the man who oversaw the contentious - and violent - presidential transition. Now Choi's four-year Ivorian mandate is coming to an end and he is leaving Abidjan today.
