How information technology is improving Rwanda's health

One of the key aims of the UN's Millenium Development Goals is improving maternal and child healthcare. For health systems in developing countries, the task is made harder as resources are often scarce. But the use of electronic medical record systems could help countries overcome the challenges facing their health systems. A Rwandan eHealth expert talks about the advance of information technology in the country's health system.
