Science to help farmers predict the future

Studies have showed that global warming will reduce agricultural yields. But farmers can adapt. For example, sorghum farmers in Ethiopia could go to South Africa, which already enjoys a warmer climate, to see what their sorghum farms could like like 20 years from now. Andy Jarvis, is with the International Centre for Tropical Agriculture in Bogota, Colombia. RFI reached him in Addis Ababa.
