AU to boost troops in Somalia

The African Union has asked the UN Security Council to allow its Amisom peacekeeping mission in Somalia to be boosted to 17,000 troops. It's also looking for a change of mandate that would allow it to secure the entire country. There are some issues to be worked out if troop numbers are increased from the 10,000 it currently has on the ground. AU High Commissioner Jerry Rawlings talked to RFI.
