Humanitarian issues at the African Union Summit

In Addis Ababa, humanitarian issues are not a focal point at the African Union Summit. However, a number of crises across the continent have had a significant humanitarian impact. People are fleeing the violence in Somalia to refugee camps such as Dabaab in Kenya. South Sudan has just accused Khartoum of killing 79 people in cattle raids. Valerie Amos, UN Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs, gives her take on the low visibility of humanitarian issues.
