Libya to resume mustard gas stockpile reduction

The global chemical weapons watchdog, the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, says it wants Libya to destroy its arsenal. Michael Luhan, an OPCW spokesman, says the destruction of the mustard gas stockpile started under former leader Moamer Kadhaf but was suspended last year. He says it will resume as soon as possible thanks to Canadian funding.
