Zimbabwe's draft new constitution would change presidential powers

Lawmakers in Zimbabwe have finalized a draft constitution which modifies presidential powers and which sets a limit on the number of terms in office. The text, written by experts from the main three political parties, took three years to draft. If approved, it will be subject to a referendum. RFI spoke to Rejoyce Ngwenya, a Zimbabwean analyst who explained the key points.
