The ruling People's Movement for the Liberation of Angola, or MPLA party is expected to win upcoming parliamentary elections. President Jose Eduardo dos Santos has been in power for 32 years making him Africa's second longest standing leader. RFI speaks to Marcolino Moco, a former Prime Minister of Angola and MPLA member about how the ruling party works.
