The National Transitional Council of the Gambia, or CNTG, a Gambian opposition group, plans to create a government in exile. The CNTG is based in Dakar, Senegal. Its leader, Sheikh Sidia Bayo, says it hopes to end President Yahya Jammeh's 19-year reign on the west African country.
