Trafigura Amnesty report

Amnesty international is calling for a criminal investigation into the dumping of toxic waste in  Côte d'Ivoire. Back in 2006 Acompany called Trafigura allegedly dumped untreated waste in Abidjan. At least 15 people died as a result and hundreds of thousands more needed medical help. Trafigura was fined a million euros in a Dutch court two years ago for illegally exporting the waste to Africa. Audrey Gaughran of Amnesty International wants more legal action today.
