It's been almost a year since the death of former Libyan leader Moamer Kadhafi near Sirte. At the time the cause of his death was unclear. It was believed he had been wounded during his arrest and subsequently died. But the human rights group Human Rights Watch has uncovered a very different reality. Peter Bouckaert, emergencies director at Human Rights Watch, is the author of the group's report on the question.
