Moroccan authorities using torture according to upcoming UN report

At the United Nations, members of the UN's General Assembly were briefed on the use of torture by security forces in Morocco this week, as part of a preview of an upcoming report to be presented to the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva in March. RFI spoke to Juan Mendez, an expert on torture who worked on the project.
