Protestors reportedly killed during protest in South Sudan

In South Sudan, the UN is looking into an incident in the town of Wau, capital of Bahr el Ghazal state, where at least 10 people were reportedly killed while protesting against a decision to move the capital to another town. RFI spoke to Steve Paterno, an expert on the region, about concerns over alleged security abuses in South Sudan, the world's youngest country.
