As Kenya prepares for its general elections set to take place this March, there are fears that violence will erupt around campaining just like it did during the previous elections. Kenya's National Cohesion and Integration Commission is on the look out for media that could be spreading "Hate speech". Victor Bwire from the Media Council of Kenya welcomes the move, but warns this could also affect freedom of speech.
