Mogadishu is about to see the launch of its first all-female radio? Kasmo FM. It's set to start broadcasting on the 8 March, International Women's Day. Jaco De Toit is a communications adviser at Unesco in Nairobi. The Kenya-based office covers 13 countries in east Africa and is behind the project.
