Debating South African troops in the Central African Republic

Issued on:

In South Africa, the opposition has said it will put forward a parliamentary motion to force the government to withdraw its troops from the Central African Republic. Last week South African President Jacob Zuma announced that 13 soldiers were killed as the Seleka rebels seized the capital Bangui. RFI spoke to David Maynier, Shadow Defence Minister for the opposition Democratic Alliance party.
