Ibrahim Boubacar Keïta, known as “IBK”, is the favourite to win Mali’s presidential election on Sunday. He was prime minister in 1994-2000 under president Alpha Oumar Konaré and leads the Rassemblement pour le Mali (RPM). He says he wants to “reconstruct” and “indivisible” Mali.
