Full services would resume gradually, the company said, with a departure on the French side expected at about 10.00am.
The tunnel was closed shortly after midnight when 113 migrants broke into it.
Eurotunnel said the migrants were coordinated their efforts in a way that it had never seen before.
They managed to go about 15 kilometres into the 50-kilometre-long tunnel, according to Fabienne Buccio, the prefect of the Pas-de-Calais region.
Ten people, seven of them migrants, suffered minor injuries, a firefighter at the scene told the AFP news agency.
Eurotunnel said that some of its staff were injured by stone-throwing.
