Romney blames Obama for weak US jobs market

Republican White House hopeful Mitt Romney warned that Friday's weak US jobs report was proof President Barack Obama's economic policies are failing. The United States Labor Department said 80,000 jobs were created in June and the unemployment rate was unchanged at 8.2 percent. RFI talked to Noel Ortega, a specialist of labor issues, who wrote a report proposing an alternative solution that could lead to a faster growth of job opportunities in the US.
