Gillard, Singh discuss Australian uranium sales to India

Reuters/B MathurAustralian Prime Minister Julia Gillard has met Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh as part of a three-day state visit. Australia recently lifted a ban on the sale of uranium, introduced because of fears that India would use it to increase its nuclear arsenal. Delhi says it wants it to expand its nuclear energy capacity to cope with a growing need for electricity. Tilman Ruff, co-chair of the NGO International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons, discusses what that means.
