An estimated 16 million people in France volunteer their time for non-profit organisations. And yet, out of the country's 3.5 million businesses, a mere 24,000 have pro-bono programs. A recent survey shows the level of corporate volunteering remains quite low in France, despite a strong desire on the part of their employees.
