Sarah Elzas (RFI) and Christophe Robeet (France 24 television) speak Mario Monti, who recently produced a report about the European single market, which he says is the key to saving the continent from economic collapse. The former EU Commissioner and the president of Bocconi University in Milan believes a more deeply integrated market is the best source of economic growth for the EU.
