Media coverage of homosexuality in Kenya, Malawi and Uganda

Kenya, Malawi and Uganda are all dealing with homosexuality these days, Uganda in particular, which recnetly passed an anti-gay bill described by US President Barack Obama as "odious". How are media outlets in these countries covering the issue? Are they conforming to public opinion, who condemn a sexual orientation they are uncomfortable with?
