Should Unesco cancel the 'dictator' science award?

Scientists and Human Rights groups are condemning the United Nations Education, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (Unesco) for naming a prize after "one of the world's most infamous dictators", Teodoro Obiang of Equatorial Guinea. How important is the source of money for good causes? Should the Unesco-Obiang prize be cancelled?
