Where will Saif al-Islam Kadhafi stand trial?

Issued on:

The International Criminal Court has published a report on the possibility of trying Saif al-Islam, former Libyan leader Moamer Kadhafi's son, rather than in Libya, where he is now being held. He is wanted by the ICC for crimes against humanity allegedly carried out during the Libyan revolution last year. The report was made public last week but then taken off the internet. A legal expert discusses whether he is likely to stand trial in The Hague or Tripoli.
