Who are the gunmen taking over ministries in Tripoli?

In Libya, gunmen surrounded the Justice Ministry yesterday to demand that Kadhafi-era officials be sacked. Heavily armed men on pick-up trucks asked the minister and staff to leave their offices in central Tripoli. Other gunmen have been occupying the foreign ministry to press for similar demands. RFI spoke to Hassan al-Amin, a former member of the General National Congress (GNC), Libya's Parliament.
