International court accused bias against Africans

The International Criminal Court has suffered a major setback after judges asked the prosecutor's office to review its case against former Ivorian president Laurent Gbagbo. They argue that there is not enough evidence to go ahead with a trial. The decision comes as the international court, based in the Hague, has come under criticism for targeting only Africans. International relations professor David Chuter discussed the issue.
