Mexico's former president Vincente Fox hosts summit on legalising marijuana

In Mexico, the first ever summit to push for the legalization of marijuana begins today. Former Mexican president Vincente Fox is hosting the international summit on his ranch in his home town of Leon. Fox says legalization is the only way to end the violence of Mexican drug cartels. RFI asked Lisa Sanchez, a member of the Mexican delegation, why she supports making marijuana legal.
