Around 200 bloggers from across south-east Asia have been meeting on the sidelines of the Asean regional summit in Bali. Social media, including blogs and social networks like Facebook and Twitter, have become increasingly popular in the the region in recent years. Many of the countries are also up against restrictions on freedom of expression. One of the bloggers who talks about the meeting's goals and whether social media in south-east Asia could be used as a tool for social change.
