Asia debates storing rice for hard times

During the current crisis, G20 countries proposed an experiment with stocks of staple foods that could be used in emergency situations. One such plan, organised by the World Food Programme is now underway in Senegal. Bustaful Arifin, an agronomist from Indonesia, speaks about rice policies in the Far East and discusses how to organise food security stocks.
