In the Eastern European country of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko has now been in power for more than 17 years. And the authoritarian leader shows no signs of relinquishing it. But the President's iron-fisted rule offers little scope for the divided opposition. France 24 correspondent Gulliver Cragg reports from Minsk.
