Hundreds of migrants cross from Greece to Macedonia

Hundreds of migrants at the Idomeni camp walked through muddy country fields and crossed a river on Monday to try and reach Macedonia. Those who crossed the border illegally were stopped by Macedonian police and put in army vehicles. The latest flashpoint in the migrant crisis is an indication of the desperate situation the 12,000 refugees find themselves bottlenecked on the Greek-Macedonian border. Coupled with deteriorating weather and squalid conditions, the stress and anxiety experienced by individuals and families continue to increase.
