Exports from Côte d'Ivoire are set to resume after economic sanctions were lifted and President Alassance Ouattara signed a decree reopening a port in Abidjan. Exports from the world's top cocoa grower are likely to be flowing into France once again much to the delight of Ivorians living in Paris
