One out of ten primary school children says he or she has been bullied at school. Th issue has not been talked about much before in France, but it is now becoming a focal point for Education Minister Luc Chatel. After commissioning a report on bullying earlier this year, this week he launched a two-day conference aimed at finding ways to change how France deals with it, at school and online.
