In late 2011, the French daily France Soir printed its last paper edition. Although the paper will continue on the web, with just a third of the journalists, many lamented the end of one of France’s longest running papers. Now another paper is under threat, the economic daily La Tribune. How is the French written press coping with the switch to digital?
