France's gay marriage bill approved by cabinet

In France, government plans to legalise same sex marriages have divided the nation. The new legislation was originally set to be presented before the French cabinet on 31 October, but it was pushed back until yesterday when it was approved in draft form. It will now go before parliament in January. RFI has this report on the reaction to the bill in France.
