France's rail network tries to improve jobs gender imbalance

A study in France has found that women do not have the same chances as men when it comes to the kinds of jobs they hold. At the national rail company, the SNCF, less than one in five employees is a woman. The company has said it would like to change that and hs just held its first annual Girls' Day.
