Amnesty International is calling on the International Criminal Court to intervene in the Syrian crisis and to impose an arms embargo. It is due to release a detailed report today entitled Deadly Reprisals, which accuses Bashar al-Assad's goverment of crimes against humanity. To date, Amnesty has established a list of more than 10,000 victims apparently killed in the unrest since 2011. Donatella Rovera, Senior Crisis Advisor with Amnesty International, spent several months in the field, compiling around 200 interviews with civilians and told RFI about the principal findings of the report.
