Sarah Elzas (RFI) and Christoph Robeet (France 24 television) host a debate on the political crisis in Belgium with with former Prime Minister Mark Eyskens, of the Flemish Christian Democrats, and MEP Louis Michel, a former  foreign Minister and EU commissioner, and member of the French-speaking Reformist Movement.
