Italian MPs have approved a package of economic reforms opening the way to the resignation of Silvio Berlusconi as prime minister. Mario Monti, an economist and former EU commissioner, is expected to take over. Italian Democratic Party MP Federica Mogherini talks about Berlusconi's period in office and whether she thinks Monti is the right person to put Italy's economy back on track.
