Greece expressed hope it was within days of finally securing a 130-billion-euro EU/IMF bailout to ease its debt crisis

Eurozone finance ministers have demanded much greater oversight of Greece's economy in return for a 130-billion-euro bailout package. Euro ministers scrutinised Greece's planned budget cuts and are demanding more controls. But how do US economists view what is happening on this side of the Atlantic?
