Hard left tries to form new Greek government

Reuters/Aris MessinisThe leader of Greece's New Democracy Party, Antonis Samaras, has said he is unable to form a coalition government. The task now passes Syriza, a hard-left party which came second in Sunday's election and has pledged to end austerity and the EU bail-out accord for Greece. Vassilils Monastiriotis, a Greek political analyst at the European Institute of the London School of Economics, discusses whether Greece will be able to form a stable government.
