Switzerland's central bank chief said the Swiss government is drawing up an action plan in the event of the collapse of the euro. Although Switzerland has said it does not envisage the euro coming to an end, is not alone in drafting plans. RFI talked to George Tzogopoulos, a Greek political analyst.
