European Commission wants more pain for Spain

Reuters/Sebastien PirletThe European Commission met in Brussels Wednesday to lay out its recommendations on economic policy and employment for European Union states and the eurozone. The commission called for a more cohesive eurozone to avoid its disintegration, while putting Spain at the top of the list of countries who must make major reforms this year. Richard Baldwin, a professor of economics, discusses where the eurozone debt crisis is heading.
