European Commission wants more pain for Spain

The European Commission met in Brussels Wednesday to lay out its recommendations on economic policy and employment for European Union states and the eurozone. The commission called for a more cohesive eurozone to avoid its disintegration, while putting Spain at the top of the list of countries who must make major reforms this year. Richard Baldwin, a professor of economics, discusses where the eurozone debt crisis is heading.
