Germany has insisted that eurobonds are not the right solution to the current eurozone crisis. It says eurobonds would only be possible if there were greater European integration. The Germans are not the only ones who are sceptical about increased European integration. RFI talked to Robert Oulds, one of Europe's most vocal opponents of the power of Brussels.
