Two government ministers handed in their resignation on Sunday: Christian Blanc, secretary of state for development in the Paris region, and Alain Joyandet, secretary of state for cooperation. Both had come under fire for the misuse of public funds. But, there is also a consensus that yesterday's resignations had more to do with Labour Minister Eric Woerth.
